title: Sharing a Brand Stack
description: How to share a Brand Stack with your team or publish it publicly. Covers workspace-only links, public sharing at a stable URL, and how to toggle visibility.
---

Every Brand Stack has a stable link you can share. By default, a stack is visible to anyone in your workspace. You can also make it publicly visible on the web — useful for sharing with a client, adding to a portfolio, or contributing to the Brand Stack community gallery.

## Workspace-only sharing (default)

By default, any member of your workspace can open a Brand Stack using its detail page URL. No extra steps needed — just copy the URL from your browser and send it.

Workspace-only stacks are not indexed or discoverable outside your organization.

## Making a stack public

To share a Brand Stack beyond your workspace:

1. Open the Brand Stack detail page
2. Click the **Share** button in the header, **or** open the overflow menu (⋯) on the stack card and choose **Share**
3. In the Share dialog, toggle **Public** on
4. Copy the public link — it's a stable URL at `/community/stacks/[your-stack-slug]`

The public link is permanent. If you change the brand name later, the slug (and therefore the link) stays the same.

## Changing visibility back to workspace-only

Open the Share dialog again and toggle **Public** off. The public page immediately stops serving the stack to external visitors. The URL is preserved so you can re-enable sharing later without the link changing.

## Who can change sharing settings

Only workspace **Owners** and **Admins** can toggle a stack between workspace-only and public. Members with Viewer or Editor roles can copy the link but cannot change its visibility.

## The public stack page

A public Brand Stack at `/community/stacks/[slug]` shows:

- Brand name, one-liner, and about copy
- Identity, Voice, and Visual Identity sections
- Logos and Favicons
- The brand's color palette

The Skills files and Personas sections are not shown on the public page — those are reserved for workspace members.
