Every document opens in a block editor with an **AI Tools** button in the toolbar. Select any text and use AI to refine it instantly.

## AI Tools

Select text in your document, then click **AI Tools** to access:

- **Improve writing** — Rewrites the selection for clarity, flow, and professionalism
- **Make longer** — Expands the selection with more detail, examples, or supporting evidence
- **Make shorter** — Condenses the selection while keeping the key points
- **Fix spelling & grammar** — Corrects errors without changing the meaning or tone
- **Simplify language** — Rewrites using simpler, more accessible language
- **Create checklist** — Converts the selection into a structured checklist
- **Complete sentence** — Finishes an incomplete thought based on the surrounding context

### Change tone

Adjust the voice of selected text. Choose from tones like professional, casual, confident, friendly, or academic. Useful when repurposing content for different audiences.

### Translate

Translate selected text into another language while maintaining the document's structure and formatting.

## Cost

AI editor actions cost **0.5 credits** each.

## Tips

- Select a full paragraph for better results than single sentences
- Use **Improve writing** as a first pass after generation to tighten up the output
- Use **Make longer** on sections where you need more depth, like competitive analysis or user journey details
- Use **Simplify language** when preparing documents for non-technical stakeholders
- Chain tools: generate, then improve, then adjust tone for the target audience
