Assets

Browse, filter, and manage all images across your workspace in one place. Persona avatars, brand logos, environment images, and uploads organized in a visual gallery.

The Assets page gives you a single view of every image in your workspace. Persona profile photos, environment images, AI-generated logos, external brand logos, and file uploads are all organized in a browsable gallery with filtering and search.

What’s included

Assets are automatically collected from across your workspace:

  • Persona Avatars — AI-generated profile images for each persona
  • Persona Environments — Scene images showing where your personas work and live
  • AI-Generated Logos — Logo concepts and variations created through brand logo generation
  • External Brand Logos — Logos extracted from brand websites (Clearbit, Google Favicons, SimpleIcons)
  • Uploads — Images you’ve uploaded to documents or research

Each asset tracks its source, so you always know where it came from and can navigate back to the original persona or brand.

The gallery uses a masonry layout (Pinterest-style) where all images have the same width but display at their natural height. This works well for mixing portrait avatars, landscape environments, and square logos in the same view.

  • Hover over any image to see its source type, asset type, and name
  • Click an image to open the lightbox viewer with full-size preview
  • Download from either the hover overlay or the lightbox

Use the filter bar at the top of the gallery to narrow down what you’re looking at:

  • Asset type chips — Filter by All, Images, Logos, or Avatars
  • Source type chips — Filter by Persona, Brand, or Upload
  • Product dropdown — Show assets from a specific persona set
  • Search — Find assets by name or filename

Filters combine with AND logic. For example, selecting “Logos” and “Brand” shows only brand logos. Selecting “Avatars” and “Persona” shows only persona profile images.

Click any image to open the full-screen lightbox:

  • Arrow keys or side buttons to navigate between images
  • Escape to close
  • Source badge shows whether the image is from a Persona, Brand, or Upload
  • Source link takes you directly to the persona or brand page
  • Download and Open in new tab buttons
  • Metadata including dimensions, filename, and product name

How assets are indexed

Assets are indexed automatically when you:

  • Generate persona images (profile and environment)
  • Generate AI logos for a brand
  • Extract a brand profile (captures external logos)
  • Upload images to documents

The asset catalog stays in sync with your workspace. When you generate new persona images or brand logos, they appear in Assets automatically.
