Usage Dashboard

View your workspace's full credit history — every credit consumed, pack purchased, subscription renewal, refund, and free grant — in one chronological ledger.

The Usage dashboard is in Settings → Usage. It shows every credit transaction for your workspace in reverse-chronological order, like a bank statement for your AI credits.

What’s in the ledger

Each row in the ledger represents one credit event:

Type What it means
Credit consumption Credits spent on persona generation, document creation, AI editor actions, mockups, and scenes
Subscription renewal Monthly or annual credit grant when your billing cycle resets
Credit pack purchase One-time credit pack added to your balance
Refund Credits returned after a failed generation
Free grant Credits given as part of onboarding, promotions, or support
Expiration Credits that expired at the end of a rollover window

Summary cards

At the top of the page, four cards give you a quick overview:

  • Current balance — credits available right now
  • Period usage — credits consumed in the current billing cycle
  • Lifetime usage — total credits consumed across all time
  • Lifetime spend — estimated dollar equivalent of all credits consumed

Dollar estimates are calculated using your active plan rate. If you have credit packs, the cheapest active pack rate is used as a fallback.

Filtering and sorting

Use the Type filter to narrow the ledger to a specific transaction type (e.g. show only credit consumption). Click column headers to sort by Date, User, or Activity.

For credit consumption rows, a resource link takes you directly to the document, persona, or mockup that the credits were spent on.

Who can see it

All workspace members can view the Usage dashboard. Only workspace admins can manage the subscription, purchase credit packs, or change the plan.

Exporting

Usage data is not currently exportable as a CSV. If you need a detailed export for accounting purposes, contact support.
