Pick a template, answer a short questionnaire, select your personas, and generate a complete research document in seconds.

Document generation takes four steps and produces a complete, structured document in seconds.

Step by step

1. Pick a template

Browse 111+ templates organized by category. Use the search bar or filter by tags (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to find the right one. You can also favorite templates for quick access.

Each template includes a focused set of questions that capture the context needed for high-quality output. Questions vary by template type. A Product Brief asks about scope and goals. A Competitive Analysis asks about competitors and evaluation criteria.

Templates include example answers and an Auto fill feature to help you move faster. The examples show what good input looks like, and Auto fill generates answers based on your product context.

3. Select your personas

Choose which customer personas should ground the document. The personas you select provide the customer context that makes the output specific, not generic. Their demographics, goals, pain points, and behavioral insights all feed into the generation.

4. Generate

Click generate. Brand Stack produces a complete document in seconds using your questionnaire answers, persona data, and product context. The result opens in the block editor where you can immediately start editing, refining, and sharing.

Documents inside projects

When you create a document inside a project, Brand Stack automatically uses the full context of all linked personas and products. This means a competitive analysis written inside a project evaluates competitors through the lens of what your specific customers value, not just generic feature comparisons.

Documents can be shared via direct link with your team or published to the Brand Stack community where other users can discover and learn from your work.
