Agent Context Export

Export personas as structured context for AI coding tools. Generate shell scripts, zip archives, or structured folders that AI assistants can reference while building.

Agent Context Export bridges customer understanding and development. Export your personas as structured files that AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, and other agents can use as grounding context.

Export formats

Shell script

Generates a self-extracting shell script that creates a structured directory of persona files when run. Drop it into your project and execute it to set up the context folder.

Zip archive

Downloads a zip file containing all persona files, organized by persona set. Unzip into your project’s workspace.

Structured folder

Preview the folder structure in-app before exporting. See exactly what files will be created and what each contains.

What’s included

Each export creates a directory with:

  • README.md — Overview of the persona set with links back to Brand Stack
  • Individual persona files — One markdown file per persona with their full profile: demographics, goals, pain points, behaviors, communication style, and product relationship
  • Product context — Background on the product and market the personas relate to

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Agent Context in the workspace sidebar (or access from a persona set)
  2. Select which persona sets to include
  3. Choose your export format (shell script, zip, or preview)
  4. Add the exported files to your coding project’s workspace

Your AI coding assistant now has access to the same customer context your product team uses. When it writes UI copy, error messages, feature logic, or documentation, it can reference real persona data instead of making assumptions.

Use cases

  • Feature development — Ground implementation decisions in real customer needs
  • UI copy and microcopy — Write for the actual person who’ll read it
  • Code reviews — Check if implementations align with user expectations
  • Onboarding new developers — Give them customer context from day one
  • AI-assisted testing — Generate test scenarios based on persona behaviors
