Screens
Every screenshot your AI agent captures, or that you upload or paste yourself, lands in one searchable timeline you can drop straight into Mockup Studio.
Screens is a workspace timeline for every screenshot your team collects — captured by an AI agent, uploaded through the CLI, or dropped in by hand — labeled with its brand and device, newest first.
Where screenshots come from
A screenshot lands in Screens no matter how it arrives:
- An AI agent connected via MCP captures a page with
capture_screenshot, or uploads one through a link - The CLI —
npx @brandstack/cli upload ./shot.png - You, in the browser — click Upload in the Screens header to pick one or more files, or just paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V) an image you’ve copied — no button needed
However it arrives, the timeline updates live: a screenshot your agent captures while you have Screens open in another tab appears immediately, no refresh required.
Finding a screenshot
Screens groups everything into a chronological timeline and gives you filters to narrow it down:
- Brand — screenshots attributed to a specific Brand Stack
- Device — mobile, laptop, or desktop
- Date range
- Search — matches title, filename, and the source URL it was captured from
Using a screenshot in a mockup
Open Mockup Studio, and instead of uploading a screenshot from scratch, click Select a Screen on the Device card to search your Screens timeline and pick one directly. Brand Stack also uses the screenshot’s own dimensions to suggest the right device automatically — portrait screenshots default to iPhone, landscape to a MacBook Pro or Studio Display.
