Publishing & Community

Share personas, brands, projects, and documents with the Brand Stack community. Publish your work for others to discover and learn from.

Brand Stack has a public community where teams share their customer research, brand guidelines, and strategy documents. Publishing makes your work discoverable and helps build a shared library of customer understanding.

What you can publish

  • Persona sets — Share research-backed customer profiles
  • Brand profiles — Share brand identity guidelines with colors, typography, and voice
  • Projects — Share linked collections of personas, products, and documents
  • Documents — Share strategy briefs, research reports, and analyses

How publishing works

Every publishable item has a Publish popover in the workspace:

  1. Internal sharing — Generate a view-only link for stakeholders outside your workspace. Anyone with the link can view but not edit.
  2. Community publishing — Toggle community visibility to make your work discoverable at /community. Published items appear in category pages and search results.
  3. Unpublish — Remove from community visibility at any time. Internal links stay active until explicitly revoked.

Community pages

Browse published work from teams across Brand Stack:

  • Persona Sets — Customer profiles across industries
  • Brands — Brand identity guidelines and design systems
  • Mockups — AI-generated product shots staged with personas
  • Scenes — Photorealistic imagery of personas in real environments
  • Templates — Reusable device compositions you can drop any screen into
  • Projects — Research projects with linked personas and documents
  • Documents — Strategy briefs, research reports, and analyses

Every mockup and scene has its own detail page (for example /community/mockups/[id]) with a “Used N times by the community” counter, so you can see which shots other teams are building on.

Using someone else’s work

Every card across the community galleries carries a Use or Remix button:

  • Signed out — you land in the public Mockup Studio or Scene Studio with that item already applied, so you can try it before creating an account.
  • Signed in — the item forks straight into your workspace as your own editable copy, and the source’s use count increments.

This works the same way for templates, mockups, and scenes — browse the gallery, click Use or Remix, and start from someone else’s setup instead of a blank canvas.

What’s free vs. gated

Free for everyone (no account required):

  • View all published content
  • Download individual logos from brand pages
  • Read full persona profiles, documents, and project pages

Requires a free account:

  • Fork a brand profile into your workspace
  • Export brand guidelines (PDF, CSS, Tailwind, JSON)
  • Create your own persona sets and documents

SEO benefits

Published content is fully indexable by search engines. Each public page includes:

  • Proper title tags and meta descriptions
  • Open Graph and Twitter Card tags
  • JSON-LD structured data with semantically accurate schema types (persona pages use Brand schema; documents use Article schema)
  • Canonical URLs

This means your published brand profiles and persona sets can rank in Google searches, driving organic traffic to your work. Correctly typed structured data helps search engines classify your content accurately — so your persona pages surface in brand and identity searches, not product listings.

  • Brands — Create and manage brand profiles
  • Personas — Create and manage persona sets
  • Projects — Organize research into focused workspaces
